Use of the service

Bookary is provided to help libraries and readers manage rentals and discover books. You agree to use the service lawfully and to respect the libraries and members you interact with.

Rentals

When you request a book, you commit to returning it in good condition by the return date set by the library. Fees, damages, and late returns are governed by the policies of the individual library that owns the book.

Content and reviews

Reviews and posts you submit must be your own and must not be abusive, unlawful, or infringe on anyone's rights. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Bookary after an update means you accept the revised terms.
